I am a faith filled poet, speaker, Mental & Emotional Wellness Coach whose love for writing surpasses all understanding. I have now since elementary school written well over 160 plus Poems an many never shared or published. Writing helps me strategically brain dump toxic & racing ADHDer thoughts out my head onto paper with any pen. I’m left with peace of mind as it leaves more room for creative juices to overflow & penetrate within my repertory mind cells. Honoring my voice out loud with my words is a gift from God not a super power. My walk is to use the deliverance of my own healing to impact and transform the lives of other African American Christian woman globally, who think feeling is a weakness an not ok, diagnosed with ADHD/ADD struggling In the secrecy of shame, blame, guilt with uncontrolled emotions while raising children diagnosed as well. I know Kingdom principals, my 30 plus years connected to the mental health industry of personal development, formal an informal training and experiences will be just add on ammunition to fuel healing these women whom I call (KWEENS.) KINGDOM WARRIOR EAGLE ENDURING NEWER NORMS. To feel is to heal. Becoming advocates to be wreakoned with starts with them first an essential and non-negotiable in order to be that voice of authority for their children educational, emotional & Mental well-being needs. Mental illness, ADHD/ADD should be a conversation not a secret for we are God Masterpieces, victors conquerors created with endurance spirits so the spread of our wings like eagles are celebrated to embrace new nature.
