Testing the boundaries of ideas, Theorising Eko delves into the depths of intellectual exploration through the written word, advocating for language access and immigrant rights as a catalyst for change. 'Theorising,' a play on my first name Theo, combines 'ideas' and 'rising,' and represents the British English spelling of theorizing. It symbolizes the evolving exploration of the Haitian American diaspora, rooted in Haitian echoes (Eko in Haitian-Creole), and the pursuit of life, liberty, and freedom.
