Poems »

I am the sixth child of seven. I grew up in Lobia, a riverine village where our rivers and lands are degraded. This reality is what made me a poet. I have written several unpublished poems.

His poems are born out of deep reflections. He writes poems in all genres, especially on environmental degradation having witnessed the Movement of the Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND). His two outstanding poems in this direction are "Greek Boy," and "Lobia Youmi."
