I grew up in a close community and moved to the suburbs around the age of 6. I had always struggled with being able to express or correctly portray emotion. Around 13, I tried drawing but it didn't work out for me. In 2021, at the age of 14/15, I discovered a love for poetry which led to me writing. I found writing as an escape, a way to express how I'm feeling.
