i do(n't) know

i do(n't) know
by: _ringarounddarosie

A black mist above the bed
pouring roses and posies on your head
Asking when will it stop
And why are you starting to sob?

22 months, 96 weeks and 672 days
You have been longing for the bays
Taking away your sorrow and emptiness
Living in the paradise of happiness

You watched it the whole time
but does looking at it will make it a crime?
How does it feel to be in love?
To have freedom and independence like the dove.

I hope someone hear your cries at night
Aware that your existence is still a sight
You wish you weren't like this
A total creep and such a mess.

Who can hear you out?
And why did things went south?
You're shouting at the dessert island
Hoping someone to hold your hand.

You're always drifting away,
But what else could they say?
Painted apparitions on your mind
Don't you ever let them bind

To escape is cynical and skeptical,
For your home was a bit magical and whimsical
Maelstrom of emotions conflicting
Please just put this to an ending

How easy it is to say, eventhough
It's never a piece of cake to do
Claiming laws by your own hand
Getting justice to have a new brand

Floating, thinking you've lost it all
Probably there's somebody who's gonna call
You don't know what you want
Truth is, you can do anything they said you can't.
