Wild Memorium
The first few snowflakes
Drift in on too warm wind.
The robin's breast burns.
Soft peach fragrance lifts
the forest floor with lilacs.
The old tree rises.
The lolloping hare
laughs and leaps in heavy air.
Flowers fight for roots.
Falling onto floor,
littered with brown rotten fruit.
The spider's salute.
