Shyam Vasudevan

All change at station stop,
some enter, others hop.
Few life's journey spend
from beginning to end.

Some spin as top
fairweather friends drop.
Few defend,
heartache mend.

Acquaintanceships extend
uncertainty, pretend
fidelity nonstop :
misunderstandings mop !

Train rounds final bend,
age must descend.
Charon ferries crop :
who'll mind the shop ?
