Tomorrow's Cast

My memories are trapped,
In the dust of this second-hand store.
Could I take them from the shelf,
Dust them off and find more?
Without intruding on tomorrows dreams,
Is there room for these lost streams?
So many good,
So many bad,
I sort them out and let them be had,
To today's reality.
To share the space.
Or is it for that memory to be completely erased?
To move on with no regrets,
No sense of burden for joy that has passed?
Or do we bring them with us today, as bait for tomorrow's cast?
