Some Children Shock Their Parents

Some children shock their parents by growing up absurd.
They manifest uniqueness before they speak a word.

Marie, a future chemist, drew unanimous vote.
She grew as Madam Curie and physicist of note.

Sigmund, a little baby, drew therapeutic scrips.
He grew as an analyst and few Freudian slips.

Helen, a blameless toddler, drew thousand ships afar.
She grew to be a beauty and caused the Trojan War.

Albert, another Einstein, drew Nobel prize acclaim.
He grew as a scientist and gave genius his name.

Some children shock their parents by growing up absurd.
They manifest uniqueness before they speak a word.
