Satisfaction

Sweat pouring down from me,
Just as if it was rain falling from the sky,
I don't run that fast anymore,
But my spirit will keep me high.

Satisfaction is the sweat,the pain,the gasping for more air,
Satifaction is finishing off that three miler,
And the burn I feel when I get there.

To take in the earth's beauty,
As I run from here to there,
No other mode of transportation can come close,
My satisfaction comes from running,
It's the thing that I enjoy the most.
