Lessons Learned

Ain't it funny how some ponder
As this life they do squander
Thinkin' bout what could've been

 They sit in dazed glance
And long for the chance
To change the wrongs of then

 But I say with praise
That I'm done with those days
See, God's forgiven my sins

 Those lessons learned
And heartaches earned
Are things I sure won't be doin' again
