How do you tell
When we're through?
How do you say good-bye
When you know they're gonna cry.

Scared they'll take it bad,
Wishing like hell, they weren't so sad
Hopeing he don't get really mad
And hurt you bad.

So how do we say
It's over now
We are through
I don't want to be with you.

Praying he don't beat
You black and blue!
