First Love

Im a hopless romantic but i may come off a little cheesy
Im not the best at writing poems but here goes my best
We are both so shy but never lie
You make me feel sky high
We could be together and never say one word
But that day would still mean the world just because we're together
You make me smile at everything you say
Talking to you just makes my day
That Friday night in March was the first day we had ever hung out
Before you arrived i had butterflies
A nervous as a fly zipping away from a human with a swatter
A knock came upon the door
This is it
The small moment ill never forget
I opened the door saw a smile come across your face
as a smile came upon mine
This moment so pointless to others is not so pointless to me
You once said to me
"Everything has a point nothing is pointless just some stories are better than others."
As you know i suffer from short term memory loss
But somehow i seem to remember everything you say
That might sound creepy
But you also know i worry
And i know you'd just say
"It dosent bother me"
I like you more and more everyday
You are the sweetest boy i've ever met
So dont fret of me leaving you with a broken heart
Because im staying right here with you
