Brings me little ease

An emblem of hypocrisy
I pursue an arcane pause
A messiah to obscurity
I adore no sacred cause

Guidance loans me mystery
I invade Its awkward path
Archaic binds of sanity
Manifest my thought contrast

As an orphan of integrity
I escape with eyes unfurled
From illusions of serenity
That entomb my faceless world

I further the atrocity
Attached unto my shrine
In prisons of apology
Where I'm forced to realign

My monument to treachery
Is all I hope to seize
And I wager my own legacy
For it brings me little ease
