And I know who I am
I feel warmth and comfort
As if it were my home

I see your warm smile
And it touches my soul
I feel safe and happy
As if I own the world

I feel your gentle touch
And I know that I'm okay
I feel like I've been lost forever
But because of you, I know the way

I am a 23 year old journalist lucky enough to be working as the city-beat reporter for my hometown. I love writing and have been writing for as long as I can remember.Writing poetry is something I have done since I was 10 and haven't stopped since.
