Balloon on the moon

It was 2 at noon
Near the end of June
I was eating cereal with my spoon
Watching Spongebob, my favorite cartoon
When my cousin came home with something maroon
It was for me, a birthday balloon
I let it go outside, to reach the moon
Maybe and astronaut will find it soon
