Navigating mental health

In the labyrinth of my mind, shadows dance,
Where sanity's tether takes a fragile stance.
A realm where whispers turn into screams,
And reality blurs, lost in broken dreams.
Within the depths of this intricate maze,
Where truth and illusion ioverlap in a haze,
A solitary figure, haunted and alone,
Navigates the turmoil of thoughts overgrown.
In the grip of psychosis, a storm unfolds,
Where the mind's landscape is so dark and cold.
Hallucinations paint a canvas surreal,
And the heart's silent cries no one can feel.
Yet amidst the chaos, a flicker of light,
A beacon of hope in the darkest of night.
For within the depths, resilience does bloom,
A testament to the strength to escape the gloom.
Through loved ones embrace and compassion's grace,
A path to healing begins to trace.
With each step forward, a victory won,
In the battle waged until the morning sun.
So let us not judge with eyes unkind,
For within each soul, a story we may find.
In the journey through mental health's terrain,
May empathy and understanding reign.
And in the embrace of compassion's call,
We find healing, together, one and all.
