I'm Still Here
Yoalah Brinson 1994 (Dimona)
I'm Still Here Breathing Even Though I'm Suffocating Inside
It's Weird How I'm Still Existing Even Though My Spirit Has Died
I'm Still Here Crying Away My Nights
It's Ironic How My Heart Is Kind But A Happy Life Was Out Of Sight
I'm Still Here Faking A Smile & Giving My All
It's Fascinating Because This World Is The Reason For My Downfall
I'm Still Here Getting Eaten By My Pain
It's Exhausting Because I Can't Seem To Maintain
I'm Still Here Going Insane
It's Pathetic Because For Me No One Has A Good Intention
I'm Still Here In Disbelief But I Know God I Cannot Question
I'm Still Here Reminiscing My Loved Ones Day Of Departure
I'm Still Here Thinking About Our Last Conversations
It's Hurtful Because They Never Got To Meet A Lot Of Their Goals & Expectation
I'm Sitting Here Wishing That I Had Wings To Fly
So That I Can Be With Them In The Sky
I Lay Here All Alone
It's Painful While Every Inch Of Me Gets Numb Trying To Hold On
I'm Still Here Waking Up With An Empty Heart
Soul Cold & Even My Tears Fall Apart
I'm Still Here Holding In The Words In My Head
It's Hard Because I Have Millions Of Thoughts Unsaid
I'm Still Here Fading Away Into Trails Of Black Dust
It's Sorrowful Because Even My Heart Is Turning To Rust
I'm Still Here Trying To Pretend
Even The Light In My Soul Has Dimmed.
I'm Still Here But Not For Long
My Existence Will End Like An Unloved Song
I Drowned In My Lost Loved Ones Blood That Spilled
While Their Last Words Continuously Drilled
I'm Here Now Ready To Leave
Although I Don't Want To See My Family Grieve
But While I Was Here No One Had Real Love For Me
And I'll Never Become What Everyone Expected Me To Be
Now I'm Alone Hoping For Death To Overtake
Because That's What's Best For My Own Sake.
I'll Still Be Here In Spirit, Mom
But I Want Go With My Siblings & We'll Watch Over You.
