A Dream in a Dream

As I lie apon my bed
Gazing at the roof above my head
I close my eyes and begin to think
What it would be like to kiss you in your sleep
I see you, there you are
Amongst the pillows in a rest so pure
I lean towards you and kiss your lips
You don't wake up, you just lie there grinning from ear to war
I pull away and move to your side
Wrapping you in my arms till I close my eyes
Then I awake and realize, it was only
 dream
