Betrayal is the devil's friend

Betrayal is the devil's friend

I regarded you guys as my best friends maybe even my brothers,
But what kind of brothers expose their brother to others?
I trusted you with my soul and you do me like this,
Now I'm going to flush this brotherhood down the toilet like piss.

You told me to be careful of who I trust,
But now you took that same trust and disregarded it and now I’m filled with disgust.
I want to confront you about what you did to me,
But if I did then I'd be hurting myself so I'll let you guys be.

I've had your backs for years and I thought you had mine,
But unlike you spineless cowards I actually have a spine.
You let me tell you everything about my personal life,
And you stabbed me in the back with that information like a knife.

I'm still trying to figure out why you chose to do that,
But now you're my enemies and I'm going to squash you flat.
I'll camouflage myself and I'll take you down bit by bit,
And I'll show you guys the true meaning of grit.

I'm living with the mentality of out of sight out of mind,
I can't believe I got snitched on by my own kind.
Every memory that we've spent has come to an end,
Because you showed me that betrayal is the devil's friend.
