Daddy's girl

Deep in thoughts of my life that i have created. I am so proud of myself till this day I have made it. If it wasn't for my daddy i wouldn't have never made it. Yes, I can say I made it. To the king of all kings my daddy is number one he is my hero my brave heart cause he saved my life and I love him dearly. Parents do you hear me dads are important to their child lives, stop and co-parent if you have to keep your child alive. Kids need structure in their lives to survive this world today. Standing ovation to the real fathers because without them there would be no daughters.

To my father you made me number one priority, and I understand because you wanted the best for your daughter. All the punishments and arguments between us I was confused about, however I understand now that you wanted me to succeed past the life of poverty. Thank you daddy you are my best friend to the very end. I love you daddy's girl.

About this poem

This poem is about a great man that has been in my life since I was born, and never gave up on his little girl. Even though his daughter thinks her dad was tough on her. The little girl under stands why she became daddy's girl.

I grew up in a tough neighborhood my father was my protector and my provider. He taught me how to be strong and independent and stand on my own two feet. This is a true king. I'm writing this to show him how much of an impact he made in life. Now I understand why he never left my side. more…
