My Feelings

How do I feel about you?
Love, which is blind,
Selfless etc? Never.
My feelings is not a feeble stew
Concocted With sympathy, compassion,
and general indifference.
To say it's forgiveness is indecent
Calling it pity is a revolting joke.
What I feel is reverence and worship,
Glory and an up-ward glance.
It's the beauty of the human soul
appreciating it self Well enough
to honor it's kind.
It's exaltation when I honor you.
The egotist in man made manifest in a woman
Is that which I call love
