Doing it all over again

If I could live my life differently
From the start doing it all over again
Of course I'd have another identity
Maybe a woman instead of a man

Then and only I'd begin to understand clearly
What my mom and sisters told me
When a woman loves you dearly
Doesn't matter who you are or use to be

This is a truly beautiful poem. Very simple, yet meaningful and structured well.

Yes, love seen from woman's point of view, from a woman's perspective.
And when it comes to that, men are from Mars, women are from Venus so to speak.
I like how you go to the heart of the matter right away in this succinct poem.
    Good read

we may be from different planets but our heart still is a heart. Mine may beat slower or faster then others at times but the heart is a heart!
