Santa's Gifts

Santa’s gifts

He didn’t have a license to fly in the air,
so the TSA grounded him there.

He turned to the airlines and to his dismay,
the cost of baggage drove him away.

So he booked a ship so you and me
would have presents under the tree.

When he got to port he had to pay,
import tax for the gifts to stay.

He came to customs and lost his bells,
to his surprised they searched his elves.

On his way to you and me,
he found no lights no chimney no tree.

He took a seat to his dismay and softly spoke,
what happened to Christmas today.

A little girl awoke and heard him there,
she began to offer this prayer.

Dear Santa were you not told,
that the greatest gift was for all to hold.

He was sent from heaven for you and me,
that we would have a life Eternally.
