Broken and Mended

I was broken and you mended me.
I was wounded and you healed me.
I was trapped and you rescued me.
I was lost and you found me.
I was bound and you loosed my chains and set me free.
I was helpless and you made me useful.
I was angry and you gave me purpose
 to all my question marks.
I was without hope, and you gave me a plan.
I had nothing but you supplied all my needs.
I was broken but God, he mended me.

About this poem

This poem is about how God can use what you're going through; your hurt and your pain and turn it around into something good. What we go through in life is a testimony/message of hope and inspiration to others going through similar things. If God brought you through, he will do the same for others.
