My Heart

I wonder if this is right path,

I wonder if it is result of the dark night.

I lay awake to think my life through,

and it all makes sense like an abandoned avenue.

There are houses in my heart, there are gardens in my village,

Only thing is missing is people, replaced by haunting image.

I lay awake living through memories again,

as I wait for even one soul to come through my driving lane.

Looks like my heart has become abandoned long forgotten ghost town,

I wonder if its right path, I wonder if I should stay here.

This is my only own place, my heart where it is cold dark there.
