Invisible Tears

From past years
  of heartache and fears
    of yesterday tears.
Tears that are not seen that flow
  But tears of past wounds that pour
Pain of new and old
  When life has grown cold
    of times untold
I cry for the love I yearn for
  for happiness I had before
    I cry of the man I wish to be
      for the future I hope to see.
I cry of loss
  of what it cost
    me
I cry tears unseen
  for all it may not mean
    to you.
This is true
My tears are of my inner plight
  Yet through these tears
    I will continue to fight.
As I will throughout my years
  That leaves as a man
    Of
Invisible Tears..
