Prisms
In the canvas of existence, shades unfold,
As reality's tale is by perception told.
A prism of hues in each minds gaze,
Shape the world through a subjective maze.
Perception's palette is a magickal art,
As it tints the mundane by its subtle part.
In every interaction of every kind,
A symphony of colors to perception binds.
The sun dips low on the horizon's rim,
Painting skies with hues that brim
As each observer holds a unique lens,
And sees the canvas as their own truth portends.
Through the looking glass of individual eyes,
Reality assumes many a different guise
A kaleidoscope of stories untold,
As perceptions sculpt countless worlds to behold.
About this poem
I change your perception you change your life. Perception does not define who we are, but it does define where we are limited, and where we are not yet free. -Georgi Y. Johnson.
