Thinkin' Lincoln

Once upon a time came a man named Lincoln.

He spent most of his time just thinkin'.

Though not schooled in the formal sense.
He educated himself to the highest tense.

For the longest time he felt like a flop,
but eventually that came to a stop.

He became the most powerful man in the land.

And eventually was to be the most grand.

With his brains constantly working, he was able to change the lurking, issues of the time, which were bad,
Into something for which most could be glad.

So if one thinks of failure,
Just think of Lincoln and his grandeur.
