Rowing Chant

We are proud Milwaukee, never a fear
We cheer through clear air, or a rocky river
MRC All the way, we keep our morale
We push through a canal, going harder and faster
We go through disaster, we are the gaurders of the Milwaukee River
We do not shiver in the freezing Wisconsin air
The deep-freezing river will not deter us from our goal
We patrol the waterway that we use
Our strength greater than Zeus
Each Rower a Curator for themselves
Like Santa’s Elves we work hard
The clacks of ours like a bard and his Lute
All of us a refined brute
We can row the Milwaukee River Blind
A shiver won’t deter us from becoming a river whisperer.
