Mental Stress

Vedprakash 2003 (Doharighat)

What I feel can't write here
Situations extreme, Can't define here
Whenever you ask, How are you?
Always say, I'm fine, dear....
Everything going wrong,
Seems, can't survive here
But what is mental stress
I will describe here

It's a problem of many people like me
A boundary wall, beyond we can't see
Tension, stress, depression are levels
It's a mental game, where mind frees

It's a serious prob, not a topic of fun
Everyday feels like a hanging gun
Try to make laugh and noise
But Scares by the silent Night
Be everything simple, We always tried
But how to manage thoughts of sucied
Even we are not able to decide
What's going wrong and what's right

Every day, we try to be our best
Life is the syllabus, every night our test
Can't heal with money and cheques
What do you know about mental stress
A special person just we want
To share, scares and uncompleted wants
We always find a person to trust
Who doesn't push us, crest to though

Not every time but sometimes we get
We love them more, but receive less
One day they decided to leave
And it seems like a death threat
Now you know, About mental stress
It's a short story not so great
But draw a character with upper Lines
Now ask him, are you fine..?
