The Rats

The rats have moved in
They’re in the walls
I think they’re planning an attack
They’re going to eat us all

The best I can do ain’t much to pay attention to
I’m about as nice as a slice of moldy bread
Here we go again, you know I meant nothing by making no more sense
Ignore my friends the more I get bored to death
I sort of said something I didn’t mean, but I ain’t saying sorry yet
This war’s intense, but I was born for this
As morbid as morbid gets, and they’re becoming more obsessed
There’s no score to settle, I’m just going mental
Feel I’m letting myself down if I don’t offend you
Don’t pretend to know I pen truth
I don’t intend to impress fools
So is my best cool? If so, then cool, I guess
I’ll let you in on a little secret, then I’ll fool the rest
