BLINDED

As we march blinded into the night
Scouring for opponents,
Our lives are drifting slowly,
Dying like poisoned rodents.
We can't find a good step
For we let our selves get pushed back,
When the reality hits us, all we can
Do is worry about our rep.
We claim to be remorseful
But we are still being pushed,
We can't even face the facts
So we hide behind a bush claiming
We are always being ambushed.

Our world is so cold but only
After the shock are we truly awakened,
But how comes when it hits me I never feel saddened?
Here we stand, there's nothing but lines,
We have been pointed down the right way,
TOO MANY TIMES.
