A Text Note I'd Never Send
You know you're the first person I look for in a room full of people. And even if you don't, I still will. Well not anymore, your priorities are ways away. And you can't even give me a simple 'hey'. You're excited to see me but I'm ecstatic. Well not anymore, apparently I'm not that charismatic. Summers I have longed for with you, spending time. I don't know, like swimming and walking down for sunsets. But now it's like I'm just one of your assets. Speaking of, why did you always make me feel like I'm your 'behind the scenes'. And no I don't forgive you, not a chance, not by any means. And no, you didn't 'break my heart'. It was broken way before. When you acted mindlessly, then, started the first heartsore. Make-belive friendships and molding my feelings like I'm some piece of clay to play with. So yes, I've been a piece of clay. But now I'm carrying my heart out on a tray. Scolding to judgements and feeling irrelevant, because you made me that way. All was on hold, I was living in a delay. Till you tore me apart, unknowingly and non-attentive. Well not anymore, I've been over it in my head like ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen times. Accepting you're just one of my misrhymes. Heading to a 'better place'. Thank god. Questioning my beliefs has always been easy. Unfortunately with you, it's not the case. And I'm really not that 'needy'.
