In the love and power of God

Richard J Edwards 1960 (Ft Belvoir)

Come to the table with cleansing on your heart. Dont fuss about those things that divide us for that'll put chains on the gate. If there is worthy peace among your people there is worthy peace for all. Dont be thinking God is only for some because he is for all and you're ignorant to think otherwise. If we prepare a plate for our neighbor we will have a plate and place prepared for us and all others by God our Heavenly Father and Creator. Let us take a step back from the noise and silence our heart so we may truly hear the voice of God. He talks to us however if we're running our mouths how R we supposed to hear him. God is Love.

About this poem

When we prepare a plate at the table for our fellow man God looks down with the graciousness of a creator. When doing so we truly are spreading his love and welcoming.
