A Horse Trainer's Creed

       A Horse Trainer's Creed

Don't give yourself a reason to fail
nothing stands between you and success
but your will to win.

Sometimes your horse may lose the rail
but its how you deal with life that makes
you a champion.

The race that you are running is only
temporary
And your efforts may never be recognized

Dedication day after day makes you so
weary
but the pride that is felt can not be
disguised

The love for horse racing is in the heart
and a horse trainer's blood runs roses red.

Winning the Kentucky Derby can not be
taught

But within the champion it is bred
