In 50 years' time

In 50 years' time…

Someone asked me, “How would you like to see the world in 50 years?”
My mind instantly went - AI, technology, infrastructure and space,
but then I gave it a second thought  and imagined,
How about a greener, more peaceful and kinder place?

A world without fights and wars,
so much more peaceful and calm.
A beautiful gift to the next generation,
every inch of the globe is safe and without harm.

Let’s commit to making our planet greener,
not only for us, but also for others that share this land,
The plants, the animals, the birds and insects,
For mountains, and valleys and long beaches with sand.

What does it cost for the world to be kinder?
Nothing more that a few sweet words.
Of course, life is incredible today too,
But we can improve from here onward.
