Harass me, embarrass me

Michael Drewes 1944 (Herzhausen)

Harass me, come on,
embarrass me,
harass me sexually.

I want to ruin
your blasted reputation
with a legal accusation.

Are you a politician,
perhaps a senator,
or a movie mogul,
or a sexual predator?

Are you a womanizer,
perhaps a misanthrope,
or an equalizer,
or a guy without a hope?

In the game of shame
who is to blame?
Who is to blame?

What you do,
what you do
will come back to you!

About this poem

This was my reaction against sexual harassment by big and influential magnates who could get away with it. I also have set this poem to music.
