I'm Fine

I'm trapped,
Within the walls of my mind again,
Tearing myself apart,
Piece by piece each one falls with a clang,
Each one piveting echoes in an abyss,
So much noise in such a silent being,
The chaos of my mind is overbearing me,
The darkness is overwhelming,
The silent screams are all I have!
SILENCE!

"Chorus"
Just another drink will silence us all,
Deep within your heart the hatred spews,
Another pill, another shot,
Everything will be okay someday,
One day,
Maybe tomorrow?

Deep within my mind like a blind surgeon,
Instruments of self destruction in my hands,
Where do I cut first?
Which part of me do I remove to make me whole?
There is nothing I want more in this life,
To be whole yet all I conjure is animousity!
My darkness overwhelms me once more!
Do I reach back for the dance of the rooster?
Or the tracks of snow that lead no where?
Do I dare silence my voices again!?
Just to suffer in silence amongst myself once more?

In the mist of my forethought,
I knew of these moments,
Where I'll peel my skin and expose my flesh,
The air licks my wounds like salt water,
The blood pools just below,
Trails of crimson stain my memory,
Moments I thought I'll never forget,
All but you flow from my endless ocean,
My sadomasochistic ways appease the hatred within,
To hear the flesh tear,
Like a siren in the black of the sea!

"Chorus"
Just another drink will silence us all,
Deep within your heart the hatred spews,
Another pill, another shot,
Everything will be okay someday,
One day,
Maybe tomorrow?

I'll just drink another bottle,
Just to shut your voice the f*ck up!
For once in my life I want true silence,
Something no one but me can give,
Just another bottle to kill me slowly,
To kill me, in the memory of you!
You win, I forfeit, I recede!
I'll take the silence.
I'll take the drink.
I'll take the goods.
All in memory of you.
Goodnight...
Silence.
