The Forever Endeavor

The way I go to help my faith
Improve is hard for me.
I think that I would fail the test
Of growth despite my very best
To be all I can be.

My road of life is very long
With potholes and off-ramps.
I do not have an extra spare.
I travel with much care.
My leg begins to cramp.

I wish the signs along the road
Were much more plentiful.
The scenery distracts my mind
Which makes it very hard to find
What is acceptable!
