I know you're here with me

PI know you're here with me because I can feel your presence.
I know I'm not alone even if it's just of an essence.
I know you're watching and you can see me cry.
Right now I'm not the strongest but all I can do it try.

I know you can hear me when I'm screaming your name.
I know you love me but it's just not the same.
I want to kiss your forehead when you go to sleep at night.
Tell you I love you and things will be alright.

You know I miss you and I know you miss me too.
I'm just stuck here living without you.
I'm so glad you're no longer in pain.
I'll always remember how much you enjoyed the rain.

How you loved the smell when it started to pour.
I miss your excitement I won't see anymore.
Mommy I'm trying please don't ever leave me.
Stay with me in whichever way it need be.

You were my rock, my hero and my best friend.
Why so abruptly did it have to end.
I know with time ill see your face again.
When I'm done beating this life and it's my turn to win.
