The Restless Illusion

The restless illusion is watching me sleep
Feigning Love and hate, I abear  
Conclusions drawn have diluted my dreams
Suggestive trading of hope for despair
Analysis of one’s stability
From a bleak masterpiece off kilter
I’ll pray for a righteous hidden agenda
Or I and much more may wilt.
Caught in a metaphorical net
As a sunfish drug from the sea
But More like the endless trappings of man
Rooted deep as our family tree
I unfurl with allowance to sever mind strings
With a burl of pride to look after
Claim must your verdicts and say that you knot me
Then unwind my grain till I’m sap
Lingering on possibilities of a future where I may grow old
And twig toward the sky  
With true love reply
Through god I was never alone
So to this technology so wise
That barters unspoken entertaining the spies
Steadfast your mission if ordered for good
I’ll happily fall so that others be stood.
