LESSON'S LEARNED

Sometimes when I wake up in the early morn,
my life, from the page's of life, seems to be torn.
Thing's make no sense, so in my mind I travel far,
as I meditate on today, I try to raise the bar.
I try to be what the spirit show's me within,
I'm going to raise the bar and a new day in God begin.
To be a better me with the ending of each day,
as I learn to listen to the spirit lead the way.
I live in a new world it seems each day that I wake,
searching, finding, and learning from each and every mistake.
To learn by our mistakes, to be humble enough to see,
in all our worldly troubles, no matter what they be.
If we learn to be led by the Spirit of God within,
we would catch each mistake before we even begin...
