My Room
My room, a haven of peace and calm,
A sanctuary where I find my balm,
A space that is wholly mine,
Where I can retreat and unwind.
It's walls, painted a soothing hue,
Bring tranquility and peace anew,
A place where I can simply be,
And let my thoughts roam wild and free.
My bed, with its soft and cozy sheets,
Is a refuge where I can rest my feet,
A place where I can close my eyes,
And escape into a world that lies.
The shelves, they hold my treasures dear,
Books and mementos that I hold near,
Reminders of the past and all it brought,
A keepsake of memories dearly sought.
My room, it's not just four walls and a door,
But a place that I can always adore,
A space that reflects my innermost soul,
A heaven where I can feel whole.
In my room,
I find solace and peace, A space where all my worries cease,
A sanctuary where I can be true,
To myself and all that I pursue.
