Lost in time

I'm standing in the sunshine that no longer warms me.
I'm looking at a rainbow that no longer moves me.
The warmness in my heartbeat has froze over like it's suffering from frost bite.
What happened to the woman I used to be?
The woman full of life and laughter.
Who moved swiftly about like the ground was made from clouds.
whose smile was worth more than gold and through my poetry stories were told.
Whose love was untainted by the World's obsession to false beauty.
Who stood tall for my own beliefs of love's rules instead of standing in love's ruins.
Why must love be a war only a few win?
Lonely if you refuse her/him, painful if you choose wrong, and a blessing when you live with your soulmate for an eternity....
Cherish the heart that cherishes you for TRUE LOVE is RARE.....
