The genie

Find me, and you may lose your mind
Lose me, and your voice is lost
Guard me, I will stand for you
Love me, you become my slave

I might be old and frail,
But my face never changes
Changing shape,
With every change of hand

I am a genie,
With more than three wishes
Always ready to be set in motion

Many have tried to tame me,
But every time they break me free.
