Living in the shadows

Everyday we live in the shadows of death and I've learned to fear no evil

The strength I've gained came from the name some use in vain be he'll always be my jesus

Everyday we live in shadows of fear but u must remember he'll always be here

From the dirt we came and in the dirt we shall go we were put here to live but most put on a show

Everyday we live in the shadows of others hoping that that will provide us with cover

All snug like a bug embracing for hugs that could only be gave from your mother

A family bond we should have but sometimes can't grab cause we can't do it without another

Everyday we live in the shadows of something and when we can't break free we fear that we're nothing

But he tought me to stand with my shadow hand and hand and together no one can show me nothing

So yes everyday I walk in the shadows of death but I don't fear it cause I know I walk with the best until he lays me to rest
