Elizabeth Doyle
Reflections.
I look in the mirror and what do I see
Who is that old woman Loki g back at me?
Surely it can’t be me!
I look a little closer
And yes now I see
There once was a girl there who hadn’t a care
But all that’s left now is a head of grey hair
Oh yes , that old woman is me !!
Her face was once soft with a rosy glow
Now all that’s left is a weather beaten expression
Oh yes, that old woman is me
So if you are young when you look in the mirror
Enjoy your reflection and the beauty you see
Because before long that old woman is all you will see
