Betrayal at it's Finest

I've had a lot of messed up things happen in LIFE, but there's nothing like Betrayal At It's Finest. It really cuts deep and the pain lingers long. How could someone who 'SEEMED' so 'LOYAL' be capable of causing so much HARM?

I'm truly at a loss for words to speak, so I write instead, allowing all of my PAIN and HEARTACHE to pour into this poem and out of my head. It hurts deep down when you experience BETRAYAL AT IT'S FINEST. You realize you're hurting so deep that it's made you experience a sense of BLINDNESS. How could I TRUST so deep that I didn't see the SIGNS, didn't hear the FAKE laughs, and look through the FORCED smiles.

Now that a hurt like that has been ENDURED and OVERCOME I'll hold my head high and never again be made to look DUMB. There's no place for TRUST in my heart now that it has been scarred, no TIME will heal this HURT that you inflicted and caused so much pain, and the scars that BETRAYAL AT IT'S FINEST leaves behind leaves no room for TRUST of any kind. I've experienced LOVE when things were the shiniest and I've ENDURED pain deep down from BETRAYAL AT IT'S FINEST.
