Solitude's Valor: A Sonnet of Resolve
Upon the choice to dwell in solitude
As opposed to inferior company
Lies valor, strength, a will that's firmly set
In purpose, often overlooked, yet free
For in the quietude of one's own mind
The soul is free to flourish and to grow
In ways that cannot be when others bind
And hold us back from all that we can know
So let us not be swayed by lesser hearts
But choose the path that's true and brave and bold
For in the end, it is the noblest part
Of human nature, to remain controlled
And rise above the fray, with strength unshaken
A true and valorous path, unyielding, unbroken.
